Westchester based Oncologist, Dr. Tauseef Ahmed is Professor of Medicine and Chief of the Division of Oncology / Hematology at New York Medical College. His experience and success in his field have elevated his urgency to treat the disease as well as every patient with care, compassion, and respect.

Dr. Ahmed received his oncology training at the prestigious Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. He has an extensive background in both solid and hematologic neoplasia. He utilizes this expertise for the numerous cases referred from other physicians including stubborn cases or those whose cancer returned a second time. 

Currently, he has authored more than 130 papers and has been active in the field of autologous bone marrow transplantation, especially transplantation with dose intensive chemotherapy for patients with Hodgkin's disease, Breast Cancer and Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. His research directives are innovating, including sequential transplantation for Hodgkin's Disease and Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma patients at high risk of relapse, and multi-cycle submyeloablative chemotherapy.

Dr. Ahmed has extensive background in teaching, research and patient care. Dr Ahmed also specializes in the following treatments and conditions:
